We've partnered with Drafted!

We launched TALNT to better connect those impacted by COVID-19 with employers that are still hiring. As we evolved and learned how candidates, references, and recruiters used the platform, we started iterating on the product. It became clear that we needed to make some bigger changes to make something more useful for employers.

As we did research, we discovered Drafted and think they nailed it – we love what they’ve built, and they have been helping the community impacted by COVID in many ways. And best of all, their platform is free for candidates.

So we decided to partner with them :).

What does that mean for you?

• If you are an employer, go sign up to hire some of their candidates
• If you are a reference giver, go refer additional folks over there (don’t worry, Scott is personally referring everyone already on TALNT)
• If you are a candidate, look for an invite from Scott. You can choose to accept the invite or not – it's totally up to you. If you want to refer friends to Drafted, feel free! The more the merrier :).
